I have a 2001 Honda Prelude and I usually do most of the work myself... I don't let just anyone work on my baby. So, after doing my research and checking around for someone that really knows what they are doing, I came across North Dallas Imports. I read all the reviews before deciding to stop by. I met with Eddie and he came out and took a look at my car and said he'd take care of it as if it were his own. He's honest and does what's needed without any added bs. I will definitely be back. NDI does great work! For years I drove across town to the Acura dealer but now I don't have to. I found the guys at NDI who are all Acura/Honda certified technicians. They do a great job on maintenance and repairs to my TL and save me some serious cash. They will bend over backwards to satisfy their customers.

I've been taking my 4runner to North Dallas Imports for several years and have had consistent good experiences with service/expertise, honesty and reasonable prices. The first time I came to their shop another competitor had just suggested that I get several items fixed so I wanted to get a second option. I took it North Dallas Imports and they told me I only needed 1 item fixed out of the 5 items that the competitor suggested, thus saving me about $1000. Just recently I had a loud noise coming from under my car and North Dallas Imports dropped me off at work and kept my car all day looking for the source of the noise. After finding the problem, they did not charge me a penny and suggested I could potentially save some money by getting it covered under a special extended warranty offered by Toyota for the defective part causing the noise. I highly recommend this company.

Eddie, Andy and the guys at North Dallas Imports are awesome. I always take my 2001 Honda Accord to the shop for all the major repairs I can't do myself. They're consistently less expensive and more knowledgeable than the dealership. I recently took my car to the dealership for the airbag recall and got of quote on changing out my bad ignition, which locks up and won't allow the key to turn regardless of whether the car's wheel lock mechanism was on. Eddie quoted me at over $150 less than the dealership and was still able to drive my car home and save on paying for a ride while waiting for parts. Luckily, the guys were able to bypass the ignition turn mechanism and showed me how to start and stop my car in the meantime. I love this place and totally trust these guys with my car. Very pleased.

Very trustworthy! I’ve been going to these guys for years. Due to the recent tornado, my car suffered significant damages. The guys at NDI inspected and informed me of damages sustain and have referred me to a reputable body shop for further assistance. They are honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business; they know what they are doing. They don’t try to overprice the services because I’m a woman.
