Finally found a mechanic shop that I trust! Was quoted over $800 at the dealership to replace a power steering hose. Eddie was able to rebuild it for a total of $377. He is very honest and reasonable. Will be my go to place from now on.

I've have been coming to this shop for the last 4 years servicing my 2003 Land Rover Discovery II and 2010 LR4. The service I receive from the shop is always top notch. What I enjoy the most is that they aren't trying to upsell you on other services and they are very upfront on what repairs you need. On my last service, they quoted me a higher number but ended up being cheaper by hundreds of dollars. They could've easily pocketed it but instead they were honest. Even though I live in Grand Prairie and it's an hour away, I will always continue to have them service my Rovers.

Superior quality and service. Eddie and the staff feel like family and great prices superb attention detail. Had maintenance done on Acura MDX to travel on short notice to Florida. I highly recommend.

I just cringe any time I find myself in need of a mechanic; especially with a Range Rover Sport! I haven't been thrilled with the last one that I've used so I decided to see how things went at a shop that specializes in Rovers. I have never had such a fantastic experience! Eddie sent his guy to pick it up from my office & returned it to me by end of business that day! He called me with updates through-out the day & the final bill was well under what I had expected. Actually, the issue itself was far different (& better!) from what other mechanics had been telling me! I haven't had any further problems since Rover was returned to me but, should I in the future, I'll be calling North Dallas Imports!

I highly recommend the Norh Dallas Imports Auto workshop ( Mr Eddie Munoz ) . I took my car Toyota Corolla 2003 to repair the A/C system. the diagnosis and quick action was very precise. They demonstrated knowledge and efficiency on this reparation.

Wow Wow Wow thats all I can say to start off…First of all ladies ladies ladies they are really HONEST (no desrepect to some man) so many times we as women get taken advantaged of because of the lack of knowledge of car service but i begged to differ…I’ve tested the guys three times and each time they were honest at NDI.,( my dad taught me that)… smile… One more thing when NDI say they specialize in Honda Accord they are telling the TRUTH the 3 times i took my Honda accord to the shop they knew immediately what was wrong….(a matter of fact Im going to NDI tomorrow to get my oil change( and to test them a fourth time…..lol smile… Honestly they are awesome come try for yourself….

Amazing, honest service! Owner came in when the shop was closed, sent me a tow truck (very reasonable$), evaluated, got parts, and did the work himself. His repairs are done with OEM parts, not generic, lower quality parts. Eddie and his talented crew are very committed to excellent customer satisfaction! I live in Rains County now, but will make the trip to North Dallas Imports everytime.
